Replenish at Work



Replenish has leveraged evidence-based research and years of experience as both healthcare professionals and yoga instructors to develop strategies to integrate self-care and restorative practices into the workday. The themes and poses are relevant, safe and specifically designed to address the needs of the caregiver.

The Replenish model consists of restorative practices that create an opportunity for pause, self-reflection, deep listening and exploration of feelings, beliefs and values. A gentle approach that cultivates mind-body awareness with a focus on self care, self-compassion, and resilience. The recognition of the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotion, spirit, and environment enhances the capacity to be authentically present. Our philosophy is rooted in Jean Watson’s Caring Theory and aims to help the caregiver examine their own needs and engage in the same high quality care for self as they do for patients.


An Invitation to Restore



Replenish at Work is designed to be integrated into the workday as restorative practices. Our goal is to teach, reinforce and empower sustainable habits that cultivate health preservation, resiliency, stress management, performance optimization and a renewed sense of well-being.

The delivery of this education can be individualized to meet the unique needs of the team. Inservices, small group workshops, lunch break series, or self-care days are some ways we have been successful in the past. Please contact Pam or Angie for details.
