Pam Mulligan

Pam Mulligan BSN, RN, RYT 500

 

 

Pam is a co-founder of Replenish Mind Body Spirit, LLC and is passionate about sharing a holistic approach to well being with the integration of restorative practices that cultivate authentic presence and improve the capacity of compassionate caregiving. She is a mother of three children, wife of a busy multi-organ transplant surgeon, registered nurse and yoga instructor with over 1000 hours of certified yoga training. An experienced caregiver with over ten years in critical care and 18 years managing the demands of a highly unpredictable, always “at-work” lifestyle. A self-proclaimed household resilience coordinator, she has spent the last decade studying the field of holistic health, wellness and functional medicine.

She has successfully implemented yoga programs at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Pam has taught Mindful Movement in an ongoing research project for patients and their caregivers at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Following a recent move to Connecticut, Pam coordinated a self-care day for the entire service line in Transplantation at Yale University and Yale New Haven Hospital. Her work is informed by her training and personal experiences of yoga and meditation. She practices these skills with her family and others around her as she navigates the unpredictability of day-to-day life. She has a presence that evokes calmness and serenity, kindness and love, and diligence to awaken to the present moments.

 

Angie Santucci

Angie Santucci RDH, E-RYT 500

 

 

Angie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 1994, practiced dental hygiene for 10 years, and is still active in dentistry today. She began practicing yoga in 1995 to find relief for carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms. After exploring many styles of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin, Power, Flow, and more with teachers all over the country. Her most influential teacher was Desiree Rumbaugh. In 2003, she earned her certification in the Anusara Yoga, a precise yoga method especially suited for yoga therapy. With over 1200 hours of yoga training, Angie has spent the last 15 years developing yoga programs, teaching individuals and groups in a variety of settings. Most recently, she has provided yoga for a research project and programs for mindfulness based resilience training at Mayo Clinic hospital and employee wellness programs at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Her combined experiences as a yoga instructor and health care professional are brought together to create an integrative approach to healing.
